NOTICE TO BIDDERS (Road Maintenance Materials) (Link to Information)
Sealed bids will be received on or before April 24, 2013 by the Randolph Township Trustees, at the Office of the Fiscal Officer, Mary A. Rodenbucher, at PO Box 184, Randolph, Ohio 44265-0184 and at the Randolph Township Administration Office Building, located at 3636 Waterloo Road, until 12:00 noon on April 24, 2013 for the furnishing of any or all of the following types of road maintenance materials for the 2013/2014 season ending April 30, 2014:
Various sizes of Limestone, Gravel, Asphalt, Liquid Asphalt Applied and/or Liquid Asphalt applied including the spreading of aggregate as specified on bid form.
Prices are to be on a unit price basis with FOB terms at the "pit" or "processing plant" and/or on a unit price basis delivered to Randolph Township. All of the materials must meet the specifications of the Ohio Department of Transportation.
Bid acceptance will be awarded to the lowest and best bidders. The Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
Opening of the bids will be held at 7:00 PM on Thursday, April 25,2013 at the Randolph Township Town Hall.
The bids must be "SEALED" and plainly marked "BID ENCLOSED".
